About Us
Forest-Warren Mental Wellness Association (FWMWA) is an affiliate of Journey Health System, and is located in Warren, Pennsylvania. FWMWA serves adults in Forest and Warren counties.
Mission Statement:
The Forest-Warren Mental Wellness Association is dedicated to providing support for people in recovery from serious mental illness, reducing stigma that is commonly attached to mental illness, and to being a leader for community integration and education on mental illness.
